Paul's Background & Expertise
Paul Hillhouse is a professional, certified leadership coach who has many years of cross cultural experience, as well as providing training and leadership coaching to Disciple Making Movement (DMM) and Business for Transformation (B4T) leaders serving in Asia, Africa and North and South America.
He and his wife, Vanessa, worked in India for many years. He shared leadership responsibilities as part of the team that launched one of YWAM's first Disciple Making Movements. His article describing that experience - "A Movement of Christ Worshippers in India" - is featured in "Perspectives on the World Christian Movement: A Reader".
After leaving India, Paul started a professional services business in the legal tech industry and served as a professional coach primarily for frontline leaders serving in DMM, CPM, and Business for Transformation initiatives. In 2007 he helped conceive and pioneer Coaching Missions International where he served as Director of Training Services until 2021.
He comes with a breadth of 'in-the-trenches' hands-on experience and is a wonderful coach providing the support, encouragement, and accountability to help you pursue your God-given DMM vision. We know you'll love working with him!

What does the coaching package include?
Paul's introductory coaching package includes 3 one hour sessions. This usually takes place once a month, but can also happen as frequently as every two weeks, as per your preference.
